A Spring Floral Design Workshop for Wedding Florists

Primavera—translating to spring or springtime in Italian and Spanish—is a celebration of renewal, vitality, and becoming. Rooted in the poetic spirit of spring, this workshop embodies grace, elegance, and growth—both creatively and professionally.

Primavera Workshop 2026 is an intimate, two-day floral experience designed for a select group of 15 aspiring and emerging wedding florists who are ready to deepen their craft, expand their design perspective, and invest meaningfully in themselves.

This year’s gathering channels the feeling of an alfresco lunch—sun-warmed, unrushed, and understated elegance—with a soft-focus blend of Italian warmth and French restraint, thoughtfully set indoors in the Mission District of San Francisco, CA.

The Experience

This is not a traditional floral workshop.

Primavera is intentionally small, immersive, and human. It’s structured enough to be impactful, yet relaxed enough to allow ideas to unfold naturally—more shared work table than classroom.

Over the course of the weekend, students will explore floral techniques with Spring ingredients, experimental design, and large-scale compositions while working alongside a community of like-minded florists. Together, we’ll push beyond comfort zones and traditional formats—encouraging curiosity, confidence, and creative risk-taking.

You’ll leave not only with new technical skills, but with a renewed mindset: one that empowers you to build boldly, price confidently, and design with self-assurance.

We created Primavera for florists who are ready to invest—in their craft, their vision, and themselves.

Our goal is to create a space where aspiring wedding florists from across the country feel supported, inspired, and empowered, surrounded by community rather than competition. By pushing the envelope with design elements like statement bar arrangements and interactive installations, we invite students to rethink scale, mechanics, and possibility.

Equally important: the experience is documented with intention. The photography throughout the weekend ensures you leave with high-quality, editorial-style content—images that reflect where you’re headed, not just where you’ve been.

Day One

• Building Statement Bar Arrangements

• Interactive Floral Installation

The workshop will take place at a beautifully curated indoor studio in the Mission District, San Francisco, selected to support our alfresco-inspired aesthetic while allowing for intentional design, light, and flow.
